The 2010 Kids in the Kitchen event will be held on March 13 from 9:30a.m.-1:30p.m at Ingram Plaza, located within the NTC Promenade (2640 Historic Decatur Road, San Diego, 92106). 

Kids in the Kitchen is an annual event hosted by the Junior League of San Diego and designed to address the urgent issues surrounding childhood obesity and poor nutrition by getting children and their parents excited about leading a healthy lifestyle through interactive, hands-on activities.  This event is FREE and open to the public!  The event will feature live cooking demonstrations by San Diego chefs, interactive learning booths and plenty of children’s activity booths including athletics, seed planting, face painting and the YMCA hosting a Bootcamp for Kids.
