Pure Strength is a small group class (5-10 members) which focuses on slow and mindful movements to safely increase strength, balance and flexibility. You will perform a variety of resistance training exercises using your body weight, a stability ball, elastic tubing and dumbbells.
Pure Strength classes benefit from a certified personal trainer, who not only leads the class, but monitors and provides guidance to class members through every exercise, helping to ensure safety and reduce the risk of injury.
You will need to bring a mat, stability ball and dumbbells to class. Please call Lisa for more information regarding equipment and fee structure.
